Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This policy explains what information ML Visualization (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit this site, how cookies and advertising work, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it plain and honest.
Who we are
ML Visualization is a free, interactive encyclopedia of machine learning. You can reach the operator at mlvisualizationorg@gmail.com.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and there are no sign-up or contact forms. We do not directly collect names, emails, or other personal information from visitors. The only thing this site itself stores is a small theme preference (light or dark) kept in your browser’s localStorage — it never leaves your device and is not personal data.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and to deliver the site. Advertising, described below, involves additional third-party data processing.
Cookies and advertising
This site is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. To show ads, Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick / DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits here and elsewhere on the internet.
- Third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads and set their own cookies on this site.
You can review how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your ad choices
You can control personalized advertising:
- Opt out of personalized Google ads in your Google Ads Settings.
- Opt out of many third-party vendors at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.
- Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may mean you still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
Consent for EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we present a consent message through a Google-certified consent management platform before personalized ads are shown. You can grant, decline, or later change your consent choices at any time through that message.
California and other regions
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it in exchange for money. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain processing of your data. To exercise any such right, or if you have questions, contact us at the email above.
Analytics
At present we do not run third-party analytics. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and how to opt out.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International visitors
This site is available worldwide. Advertising and hosting partners may process data in countries other than your own. By using the site you understand that such processing may occur, subject to the safeguards those providers apply.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves or as advertising practices change. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
